Tips
- Start small. "Read one page" beats "read 30 minutes" because skipping a one-page commitment feels worse than skipping a 30-minute commitment. Smaller threshold = lower friction.
- Stack onto an existing habit. "After morning coffee, I'll ?? anchors a new behavior to a stable cue.
- Never miss twice. One miss is an accident; two misses is the start of a new pattern.
Data
Habits and check-ins are stored in your browser's localStorage. Closing the tab, refreshing, or restarting your computer is fine. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or going incognito will hide them. Use the Export button (in habit menu) to save a JSON backup.
